YAY!!!! This cosplay was super special to me because Chun Li was my first cosplay in 2001....2001!!!!!! I was 14 D8 So anyways, I really wanted to remake it and make it perfect...BUT, of course being a grad student got in the way so I didn't end up finishing it and the top part got messed up T_T I hand sewed the stuff on the front before I put it on XD but all in all I still love it and had loads of fun walking around in it. The one thing I DID that I wanted to do and have never done before was stuff my legs!! BWHAHAHAHAHA, it was so ridiculous! I have chicken legs in real life but I wanted to get the muscles in like chun li has and make my butt bigger....it was a ridiculous process, but worth it cuz of the hilarity. Also, this is the longest my hair has been since highschool, because I want to donate it, so that was lucky Well, enough of my babbling <33
ALA 2013

Considering Chun-Li's experience against Juri Han (Super Street Fighter IV) which forced Chun-Li to train harder to gain more powerful and faster legs in order to fight supernatural beings, it seems that Chun-Li will not be able to wear pants or casual clothes never again. Just look at her thighs in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike!!! I think that her legs reached their maximum power, but she had to sacrifice other clothes and body to get dressed in a more comfortable way and to feel useful and free in the battlefield.
I can conclude that any pants won't exist in the wardrobe from an old-fashioned female warrior like Chun-Li. What do you think about this idea?
It's true, although I really enjoy her Street Fighter Alpha outfit. I feel like a body suit provides way more comfortable movement then the Qipao would, even slit so high. She is qutie old fashioned though XD I was really thrown for a loop with her new outfit that kind of looks like Princess Leia's slave outfit...what's up with taht thing...It doesn't suit Chun Li at all XD
Your body keeps on surprising me. Other Chun-Li cosplayers must be jealous of you and yearn for a sexy body like yours. You are in good shape and stronger than ever. Keep it up!
P.S. Do you have any secret to keep your legs thick, strong and beautiful?... any diet (protein shakes)?... any specific exercise (workout)?
lolol, There are so many amazing ChunLi cosplayers out there! So thanks for the compliment ;D I actually have chicken legs in real life! lolol, I made under armour padding for my legs ;D It came out pretty good lolol. But as far as keeping in shape...when I taught Tae Kwon Do I exercised a lot and I lived in Korea so my nutrition was pretty goo. (Their food ROCKS)
lolz, I wish! And yes! I love fighting games. Some of my other faves include Soul Calibur, Mortal Kombat and Tekken. I REALLY WANT TO COSPLAY Xianghua from SC2
Have you heard of Skullgirls? It's a fighting game, which came out for XBOX Live Arcade and PlayStation Network a year ago. Its characters have an interesting design, which might be a challenge for a wonderful cosplayer like you, for example: Filia, Valentine or Cerebella. What do you think?
